Overview 

Dictionary/3000 version A.03.00 offers two new enhancements in the
DICTDBM utility:

   *   The capability of copying entities with the new COPY command.

   *   The ability to enter elements multiple times within an HP Inform
       group.

COPY Command for Entities.   

For the COPY command, a category, class, element, file, group, location,
or procedure is copied to a new like entity with a different name.  The
entity's associated child entities and/or its related entities can also
be copied if desired.  This enhancement adds productivity improvements
for the user.

Multiple Entries for HP Inform.   

The same element can now be added to an HP Inform group more than once,
as long as the physical file designation or the parent file is different
making the record unique.  This makes elements in HP Inform groups easier
to use and more straightforward.  (Inform/V version A.11.00 or later is
needed with this enhancement.)
